The PCID fue extraction device is the only power driven unit on the market and it is specifically designed for use in Follicular Unit Extraction or “FUE” hair transplants. Most other devices – machines have been developed for use in the dental industry. The PCID features a touch screen controller that manages the hand piece.

The exclusive “Cole Isolation Technique” (CIT®) is a method that was developed by Dr. Cole center around a precise depth control mechanism. CIT® is not only the fastest method of extraction, but has shown to have the lowest rate of hair unit transection. The minimal depth control mechanism is available on the PCID and makes it the fastest way of extraction and the lowest transection rate of any other method.
The unit is battery powered and a charger and two rechargeable batteries are provided. The PCID FUE Extractor from Cole Instruments as a motorized fue extraction device (micro motor) and tool also accommodates CII’s exclusive surrounded punches, the sharpest available. Made with hardened steel, thin wall construction and variable size features, these serrated punch tips provide for less friction and resistance which results in less trauma to the skin and less incidence of damage to the grafts. This is due to less fluid motion of the skin and hair grafts.
